2013 Fantasy Football Flex Position (New Feature)

For 2013 we are adding a new feature to the site.  We are adding a flex position as in most leagues we are now facing the fact of weather to start a RB or WR or TE or QB.  In most cases it's either RB or WR or TE, but some of you are in two QB leagues.
