One last point; do NOT get married to your team, if you are going to work the waiver wire you have to be willing to drop players.
Grab em'
Zach Sudfeld (TE, NE) - Aaron Hernandez spot will be taken by Sudfeld and you can expect eight targets a week, which is what Hernandez saw weekly. He is a big target and if he can keep from fumbling the ball then you will get solid production from Sudfeld weekly. This will be the only week you find him on waiver wires.
Darrius Heyward-Bey (WR, IND) - Heyward-Bey went undrafted in many leagues but is the WR2 on the Colts and is a better run-blocker over TY Hilton. He is a solid waiver wire selection this week and you should not hesitate to add him on your bench.
Knowshon Moreno (RB, DEN) - If you take a look at last year's playoff run for the Broncos you will notice how solid Moreno can be at RB. This may be the only week you find him on waiver wires if he produces solid numbers in week 1.
Watch em'
Felix Jones (RB, PIT) - Felix Jones is penciled in as the starter in Pittsburgh, which is due to Isaac Redman coming off a stinger injury this preseason. Felix Jones has been a performer when he was on the Cowboys and certainly has huge sleeper potential. This week could be the only week to stash him on your bench as his value may pop after week 1 if he shows production.
Julian Edelman (WR, NE) - Julian Edelman has had no press this off-season, but is worthy of being put on your watch list. If you look at his career stats with Tom Brady he has put up enough receptions to be a fill in for point per reception leagues. He knows the playbook and could see many targets in 2013.
Carson Palmer (QB, ARZ) - The new Arizona offense will feature a ton of passing. Did you see what the Colts did last year with Andrew Luck? The same type of playbook will be featured in Arizona and Larry Fitzgerald should return to top WR status and Michael Floyd as well as Andre Roberts will both benefit as well.
Christine Michael (RB, SEA) - Michael is an extremely talented RB and if anything were to happen to Marshawn Lynch then Michael is the one to own. Keep him on your watch list for now.
Santonio Holmes (WR, NYJ) - I really don't like anything NYJ this season, but Holmes is coming off an injury and went undrafted in most leagues. He is worth keeping a close eye on and could start week 1 so be ready if he decides to play solid football.
